Peer-to-Peer Best Practice Forums

Each year JTI organizes exclusive Peer-to-Peer Best Practice Forums in the areas of Ethics & Compliance and Internal Communications. Forums have been held in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., London, and Frankfurt.

Participation is limited to 20 executives, who serve as the global head of their respective area of responsibility. Each company is a world leader in its particular industry sector, and only one company per sector is invited to attend.

The Forums range from one to two days. Instead of formal presentations or panel discussions, Forum members engage in open and constructive dialogue with each other. Peer Co-Chairs, help define the agenda topics. Jeff Thinnes, CEO of JTI, moderates the discussions. After each Forum, JTI distributes a report exclusively to Forum members. A private LinkedIn Group enables continued off-the-record communications.
