Protecting Corporate Reputation

One of Germany’s largest privately-owned companies (€40 billion sales) still bears the family name.  A reputation of quality and integrity is a source of great pride and has been at the core of its business for over 250 years.  Recognizing that the changing legal and regulatory environment has heightened the importance of Ethics and Compliance, the company asked JTI to support it in the development of a global Compliance program.  From drafting key policies and communications materials to designing and facilitating training programs for newly appointed Compliance Officers, Internal Auditors, Communications and Personnel managers, and others, JTI has been working arm-in-arm with the company’s Chief Compliance Officer on the development and rollout of a program focused on prevention.
