Jane began her career at the BBC in live television. Moving into corporate production and subsequently developing employee engagement and internal communication programs for clients in the public and private sector led her into the world of communicating ethics at work. She is a communicator that excels in helping her clients to join dots and close gaps between rhetoric and reality. Having worked across all levels of organisations including BP, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, Meggitt, BT, Tesco, Coop Bank, Anglo American and Serco, Jane develops communications and training programs on values and ethics, leadership & decision making, and revels in facilitating dialogue and discussion on what it really means embed values in the workplace.
